LA Muralists: In Their Studios II

“Redemption of Angels” // Christina Angelina
Murals adorn the city of angels wherever you go. They tell stories and represent the diversity of the city, but who are the artists behind them? Get a glimpse into some of these muralists’ private studios and learn where they get their inspiration from at a new exhibit opening at Couturier Gallery and running from June 6th – July 18th. Explore and get a more intimate look at the type of imagery that define these public artists. To top it all off, 10% of proceeds made at the opening of the gallery will go to benefit the Mural Conservancy of Los Angeles. If you can’t make it to the reception, be sure to stop by Tuesdays through Saturdays from 11am – 5pm.
Couturier Gallery: 166 N. La Brea Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90036
Opening reception: Saturday, June 6th, from 6pm – 8pm
